Today, I Teach Keynote Speakers to Thrive as Virtual Keynote Speakers

Today, I’ll be sharing my secrets of virtual presenting with other professional keynote speakers at the invitation of the National Speakers Association.

When I first began attending NSA’s annual conference for motivational speakers, INFLUENCE, I drew so much energy from the other professional speakers’ keynotes and workshops. So I don’t take today’s responsibility lightly.

I plan to share the techniques I use to engage virtual audiences and keep them on the edges of their seats throughout my live, remote presentations.

But more importantly, I plan to share a message of hope. I want to inspire my professional motivational speaker colleagues around the world by showing them why our clients need us to be their digital leaders. We need to take our clients’ virtual hands and lead them into this brave new world.

I am grateful to National Speakers Association board member, international expert in innovation, and one of my motivational speaker mentors, Stephen Shapiro, for inspiring me to think inventively about my role as a virtual keynote speaker through our collaboration tag-team-teaching today’s talk.

Here is a full description of our program:

To succeed at virtual presentations, you must engage audiences before, during and after your presentation. During this session, an innovation expert and a world-renowned magician will share their different approaches to virtual presenting. They’ll show you how to integrate long-term learning and application with real-time engagement and immediate impact.

By attending this session, you will learn how to:

  • Deliver a virtual experience where everyone is glued to the computer and not checking their phones.

  • Create even greater value for your clients by focusing on outcomes in addition to events.

  • Maximize the value you get from live events by blending the experience with asynchronous content such as videos and gamification.
