UCF Alum Turned Keynote Speaker & Magician

My wife Amy and I were recently featured in Pegasus Magazine, the alumni magazine for the University of Central Florida.

Being featured in Pegasus Magazine is an honor. As a UCF alum, it was gratifying to be recognized by the university's publication. When I first came to America as an immigrant from Ukraine, a career as a magician seemed unlikely. Yet my fascination with magic started early after seeing a TV show at age 11. I dove into learning tricks and wrote my first book on card magic techniques as a teenager.

After graduating UCF with a philosophy degree in 2010, I founded See Magic Live to help train and book talented magicians while also using magic to teach businesses about perception. Along the way, I met my wife Amy who brought marketing expertise to grow the company. Today, we travel globally performing shows and speaking. Highlights include fooling Penn & Teller on their TV show and pivoting to virtual shows during the pandemic.

Having Pegasus spotlight our story is an honor as UCF alumni. I'm proud we've built a thriving business doing what we love. My hope is that our journey shows current and future Knights that with passion and perseverance, you can achieve your dreams no matter where you start from. Looking forward to the magic that lies ahead.
